I received a surprise email on Monday from Brian, a friend and fellow photographer. This lead to a few more emails, a phone call and ultimately a very pleasant afternoon by the river.

Brian had just bought a Sony RX10M4 and was keen to play with it. No time like the present.

Sitting by the river in the spring sunshine with a few 'Neck Oils', the water birds soon began to gather. The Grebes were definitely full of the joys of spring and we were treated to an unexpected visit by a Kingfisher.

I've only ever caught them out the corner of my eye as they darted away, but finally having one in the viewfinder was wonderful. Cheers Brian 🍻

It's been a long time.

I've missed taking the camera out. So off I went.

At Last...

I've finally got around to making an Instagram account...

Remember, remember...

An evening of fireworks at Desborough...

Oh Deer

Oh, you said Deer...

Coming in to Land (on Water)

Suddenly a young heron appeared.
